FAQ’s

What can I store in the container? Almost anything including; garden and household items, archived paper work, vehicles, seasonal stock, machinery etc.olutions for both Domestic and Commercial use. We now have over 300 individual self storage units, at our site based in Swansea, South Wales.

How long can I store for?
We have a minimum term of one week allowing you to store on a short or long term basis.

How do I lock my container?
When you have a container from us we will supply you with a tamper proof lock for the container.

Who will hold my keys?
We will give you two keys for which you have full responsibility for, however, if you wish to leave a key with us for safe keeping you may do so. Also, if you would like us to take deliveries on your behalf and put them in your container, we will need a key.

When can I access my container?
Our opening times are Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm & Sunday 10am to 12pm. Within these time you have full vehicle access and can drive right up to your container.

How does the refundable deposit work?
We ask for a £50 deposit and once received, we will provide you with a lock and keys. This deposit is fully refundable on vacating your container, however, we do ask that you leave it clean and tidy.
